First and foremost, it allows you to track all leads generated and determine whether or not they became a new patient. This lets you know how effective our marketing service is. Also, the recorded call can be used by your practice for quality assurance purposes and for training your front desk staff on how to handle calls from potential new patients.
How do you track leads and patients?
It’s magic! Patients4you has created unique software (read magic) that allows our clients to easily track and account for all leads generated through our Program. Every phone call and email generated by Patients4you will automatically be entered into our Lead Management System (LMS). The LMS allows you to indicate whether or not the leads scheduled appointments and became patients. This way you will always know exactly how effective our Program works for you! Do you require a long term contract?
NO! You may stop using our Program at any time for any reason. Try our program... and if for some reason you are not pleased with our service, you may cancel the agreement without penalties.
